G7G Market Pulse provides educational and decision-support TradingView tools for active traders. Our Trading Tools are designed to help users read market conditions such as volatility, participation, momentum, market flow, target room, exhaustion risk, confidence, and execution quality.

G7G Market Pulse tools are not financial advice, investment advice, trade signals, brokerage services, managed account services, or automated trading services.

All G7G Market Pulse tools, scripts, dashboards, alerts, educational materials, videos, screenshots, examples, and written content are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

G7G Market Pulse does not: provide financial advice, provide investment advice, provide personalized trading recommendations, place trades for users, manage user accounts, guarantee profits, guarantee specific results, guarantee win rates, eliminate trading risk, or replace personal judgment, discipline, or risk management.

You are solely responsible for every trading decision you make.

Trading futures, stocks, options, forex, cryptocurrency, and other financial products involves substantial risk. You can lose some, all, or more than your initial capital, especially when trading leveraged products.

G7G Market Pulse does not guarantee that you will make money, avoid losses, pass a prop firm challenge, improve your win rate, or achieve any specific trading result.

Any examples, screenshots, videos, backtests, simulations, charts, market commentary, or educational demonstrations are for illustration only and should not be interpreted as promises of future performance.

G7G Market Pulse Trading Tools are sold as recurring subscriptions through Stripe. Billing options include monthly, 6-month, and annual terms. By subscribing, you authorize G7G Market Pulse and Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

6-month and annual billing options are also available at a discount. When multiple individual tools are selected, each Trading Tool is billed and charged separately through a sequential Stripe checkout process.

Prices may change in the future. Existing subscribers will be notified if a pricing change affects their subscription.

To receive access, you must provide your correct TradingView username during checkout. Access may be delayed if you provide the wrong username, your account cannot be found, payment fails, Stripe flags the transaction, or additional verification is required. G7G Market Pulse is not responsible for access delays caused by incorrect customer information.

Access may be delivered through manual TradingView invite-only access, automated TradingView access systems, email setup instructions, Discord support, or customer onboarding instructions. Access is tied to the TradingView username provided by the customer.

G7G Market Pulse tools run on TradingView. ATR-V, Scalper Edge, and Vergence require TradingView Premium. NQ Market PRO and ES Market PRO require TradingView Premium and additional real-time data feeds, including CME data, Cboe data, and the US Stock Market Bundle.

TradingView plan fees, broker fees, exchange data fees, and market data fees are separate from your G7G Market Pulse subscription.

G7G Market Pulse may rely on third-party platforms including TradingView, Stripe, Discord, email platforms, website hosting providers, and analytics tools. We are not responsible for outages, errors, pricing changes, access restrictions, policy changes, or technical problems caused by third-party platforms.

You are responsible for: your own trading decisions, your own risk management, your own position sizing, your own TradingView account, your own market data subscriptions, your own broker account, understanding how the tools work before relying on them, reviewing setup instructions, and verifying all alerts before using them in live markets.

Your subscription is for your individual use only. You may not share your TradingView access, resell access, rent access, copy, clone, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute scripts, share protected code, record and distribute private training material without permission, or give your login or access to another person.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination without refund.

All G7G Market Pulse scripts, dashboards, indicators, website content, branding, logos, graphics, videos, written materials, Trading Tool names, layouts, and training materials are the intellectual property of G7G Market Pulse or its licensors. You are purchasing access to use the tools. You are not purchasing ownership of the scripts, code, formulas, logic, designs, or intellectual property.

TradingView alerts, market data, dashboard readings, calculations, and visual displays may be affected by data feed delays, market closures, exchange interruptions, TradingView limitations, user settings, internet issues, browser/device problems, incorrect chart setup, symbol differences, or real-time data availability. You are responsible for verifying all information before making trading decisions.

Support is available through support@g7gmarketpulse.com. Discord support may also be available for active subscribers.

Support does not include personalized financial advice, trade calls, account management, guaranteed strategy coaching, or live trade instructions.

You may cancel your monthly subscription according to the cancellation instructions provided through Stripe, your customer portal, or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically create a refund for prior charges or already-granted access.

G7G Market Pulse offers a 7-day risk-free refund window for new subscribers. After the 7-day window has passed, all subscription payments are final. Please review the Refund Policy for additional details.

G7G Market Pulse reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if a customer violates these Terms, shares access, attempts to reverse engineer scripts, resells or redistributes access, abuses support channels, uses fraudulent payment methods, files abusive chargebacks after receiving access, violates Discord community rules, or misuses the Trading Tools or brand. Termination for violation of these Terms may occur without refund.

We try to keep website content accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or always up to date. We may update Trading Tools, prices, features, screenshots, requirements, policies, and availability at any time.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, G7G Market Pulse is not liable for trading losses, financial losses, lost profits, business interruption, missed opportunities, data delays, platform issues, account restrictions, emotional distress, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our Trading Tools or services.

By purchasing, subscribing, accessing, or using G7G Market Pulse Trading Tools, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
