License Policy
Last Updated: June 2026 — This License Policy explains how customers may use G7G Market Pulse scripts, dashboards, indicators, setup materials, and related digital Trading Tools.
1. Limited Use License
When you purchase a G7G Market Pulse subscription, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the selected G7G Market Pulse tools for your personal trading education and decision-support workflow.
You do not own the scripts, code, formulas, logic, designs, dashboards, names, visuals, branding, or intellectual property.
2. One User Per Subscription
Each subscription is for one customer and one authorized TradingView username unless otherwise approved in writing. You may not share your access with another person, group, company, Discord server, trading room, or paid community.
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- • Share access with another user
- • Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense access
- • Copy or reproduce scripts
- • Attempt to reverse engineer protected logic
- • Modify, clone, or recreate the tools
- • Use the tools to create a competing Trading Tool
- • Distribute screenshots in a misleading way
- • Claim G7G tools as your own
- • Share private setup materials without permission
- • Upload private Trading Tool materials to public websites
- • Use the brand name in a way that suggests partnership without approval
4. Screenshots and Social Media
You may share screenshots of your own chart using G7G Market Pulse tools for personal, educational, or social media purposes, as long as you do not reveal protected code, misrepresent results, claim guaranteed profits, use fake testimonials, suggest that G7G guarantees trading outcomes, or sell access to G7G Trading Tools without authorization.
5. Commercial Use
You may not use G7G Market Pulse tools inside a paid trading room, signal service, course, coaching program, Discord group, livestream product, or commercial service without written permission from G7G Market Pulse.
6. Affiliate or Partner Use
Any affiliate, partner, promoter, or content creator must follow G7G Market Pulse brand rules, advertising rules, risk disclosure rules, and truthful marketing standards.
Affiliates and promoters may not make income claims, profit guarantees, or misleading performance claims.
7. License Termination
Your license may be terminated if you cancel your subscription, fail to pay, share access, abuse support, violate community rules, attempt to reverse engineer scripts, resell or redistribute access, or violate these policies.
Termination for violation may occur without refund.
8. Ownership
All intellectual property remains owned by G7G Market Pulse or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to the customer.
